On February 10th, 2025 it was a very cold and somewhat breezy afternoon. Mr Jeffrey Sullivan (Salesman) was appointed to assist me in finding the right car for me. He was indeed patient in showing the vehicles that were in my price range. Once I decided, Mr. Sullivan took the time to explain how to operate the vehicle of my choice. After a thorough review, we did a road test with the car. We proceeded with sales paperwork. While waiting for the loan process, Mr Sullivan explained in detail the My Chevrolet app and how it operates. After approval of loan we worked on setting up the app, but the app would not allow me in on my mobile device. Unfortunately, Mr Sullivan and I worked two days straight communicating back and forth with the My Chevrolet Support Team with no success. On the 13th around 4 a.m. I tried at home and it finally went through. When the Dealership opened I informed Mr Sullivan that I was able to log in with success. He explained over the phone all of the features that were available. I have recommended others to stop by and request for Mr Sullivan as their Salesman, because he did an awesome job. Car was cleaned, fueled up and ready to go before paperwork was complete.

My check engine light came on . Called the dealership first thing next morning. The got me in and fixed it same day. But the real ROCKSTAR is Julia in service. She went WAY above and beyond dealing with the warranty company so I wouldn't have to pay both arms and 1leg to get it fixed. I have no idea what her pay is, but I assure you, it's not enough!!! She exemplifies what true customer service is and what every company should want in service.

From the greeting as I walked in - to the exceptional help I always get from the wonderful service advisor - JULIA. i am fairly new to NC; 3+ years in, and since being here, I have entrusted my auto care to / with her and each time she has been exceptional, professional, but also most important "human"; understanding my needs and overall my financial situations in understanding that while I do need several things done to my 2018 traverse, she works with me in breaking down timeframes based on when I can come in for service(s). she also has been instrumental in keeping me advised on some things if they may still have a "shadow" of warranty left to help me as well. Overall Heister is the place to come to to be treated well, fairly and again as a "human".. all of those FOLKS THAT WORK THERE THAT I have encountered even while waiting for repairs are super friendly, cordial and professional. They walk up to you, offer coffee, water, comforts, etc.. all while waiting for one's vehicle to be fixed. This service dept. and dealer is genuine and one of the best; if not the best dealership experience I've ever had - even before I moved here from MD. I wish I could afford a new 2025 Suburban LS; who knows maybe some day something magical will happen and that will come to pass. At 69 years old, I've wanted a suburban from way back in the 70's... never got one, but only time will tell.!! and if that time ever arrives, it will be Heister Chevy who will sign me up. i refer Heister to a ton of people too... letting all who listen that this is the ONLY place they should go for sales and service - period !!!

had my truck in to have oil lines to cooler replaced 1st of all i think the work was a little over priced 2nd had to order parts kept overnight had no loaner for me to drive and last after 1500 dollars worth of work tech did not even put the splash shields back on service writer was told they were in the bed of the truck and the bolts were in the back floor board

I wanted to get a second car that was better on gas, affordable and more economical without being boring which is exactly what I found at this dealership. I had a great and patient sales rep, Jacob, who had to put up with my specific requests and he delivered on everything I asked for. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were fun and full of energy especially the finance guy. I got a car my family can enjoy driving, very comfortable, easy to drive and has all the bells and whistles and safety features to entertain and keep my kids safe at a very affordable price and a great warranty. I am very pleased with my experience.

The Service department gets 5 Stars every visit!! The Sales department and Managers to include Mr. Hiester and Mr. Tripp need to work on their Customer Service skills. Since the day I purchased my ZR2 they just prefer to overlook or ignore customers. A friendly Hello or Good Morning goes a lot further than a stone faced- I don’t want to be bothered. Mr. Hiester does great commercials but is not a friendly person when you’re purchasing a vehicle. You take pictures with the Sold key and not One Manager says thank you or anything. It’s basically take a quick pic and leave. If the Service department sold trucks, I would have already traded in for a Tahoe or 2500. Well the Service department is Great, every time.

Ive had shaking in the front end of my truck. It started back a few months ago when I replaced the tires. I brought it in to address the issue and was recommended to change out the calipers, breaks and to resurface the rotors. I did all that and still have the issue. I brought my truck back in last week to deal with the same issue and I asked them to look deeper and see what could possibly be causing the issue. I dont believe anyone took my concern seriously. I was told they resurfaced my rotors and didn't do it correctly the first time. They did another round on the rotors and gave my truck back and said it's good. I left the dealership that day and noticed it was still shaking in the front but not as bad. Same as last time. This will progress again and I would like if someone at the dealership would listen to my concern next time I bring my truck in. Im pretty sure something else is causing my front end to shake besides the breaking system

Took my 19000 mile 2013 Corvette Grand Sport JUST for an oil change. I cannot believe I 'fell' for an Up Charge item. Tech advised an injector cleaning should be done @15000 mi- 15000 mi occurred 6 yr ago! -- The owner manual does NOt mention this ..hmm? (11-3) Anyway, I heard my car screaming from 50 yards away. The tech was throttling the car to ReD Line, he said had too for the procedure, this after 3 hrs!. I Stopped The procedure -- THAT didn't need to be done anyway.. 1/4 tank of gas was consumed Sitting IN the Shop!.. 1/4 Sitting STill! I cannot believe I fell for that upcharge .... To make matter WoRse the car.. my beautiful 19k mile Grand Sport drives like it has a 4 cylinder engine.. It used to be a 440 hp beast and its All My Fault.. I am taking the Grand Sport to a Corvette Specialist in Shallotte N.C. to try and re sequence the injectors @ what Cost it yet to be determined

Did you know that people can get a 10 minute oil change at many places?! It took the dealership 1hour and 35 minutes. I run a farm and do not have that kind of time for an oil change. Jennifer (service advisor) was very nice and did a good job but I was not offered a chance, nor did I know it was going to be done until until I received a text from Jenifer, to opt out of a multi point inspection. I also did not receive a summary of each inspection that was conducted. (Jennifer did tell me that I needed 2 air filters). I also think that it is low class for a large, 3 dealer corporation to pass on credit card charges. Is it worth upsetting customers to make (or not lose) $3 on a $100 bill. It sounds cheap to me. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Oil change and tire rotation completed. Took approximately 90 minutes. The additional task that I asked for regarding my installed tonneau cover was not completed. When I purchased the tonneau cover all the buckles for securing it when opened were not installed. I was not aware until I opened the cover to haul some items. I purchased the missing part from the company that made the tonneau cover buckle and brought it with me to be installed. The service department did not use the correct screw (use ones that were to short) and the buckle came off. Had to modify some I had on hand and install myself so the cover can be properly secured when opened all the way up.

Grade B+. My wife and I traded our 2025 vehicle with less than 7,500 miles. My experience went well. Mr. Tate was helpful. When I brought it to light that the vehicle had the wrong tag on it. He made no excuses. He took care of it and ensured us the correct label for the vehicle features showed the correct price. He answered the questions that needed to be answered, which made us feel comfortable. Mr. Dewitt was great. He walked out of his office in the cold to negotiate a better deal for me to get the numbers where I wanted to do business. He was so confident; we were told to put our things in the new vehicle. The intake process was smooth and the service did not take a long time to complete. HOWEVER! The service representative who checked me out (a mature male) left me with a bad taste in my mouth from a customer service perspective. He raised the issue of a 100,000 mil service, and I requested a list of what needed to be done. He proceeded to write 4 cost numbers on my receipt. I had to ask what those were for, his response was writing some categories over each price tag were very generic in nature. I GO BACK TO MY ORIGINAL REQUEST. And asked for a detailed list, at which time I got a snooty attitude from him bordering on combative. BOTTOM LINE IS I STILL DID NOT GET A DETAILED LIST OF THINGS THAT WOULD BE DONE. IMPORTANT TO ME DUE TO THE OVER $1500 PRICE TAG. I use your dealership mainly for convenience purposes. I believe this kind of customer service is unwarranted and may influence my decisions for future maintenance needs. Thank you.
